Comerica Pad 5 was a commercial project we were contracted to provide General Site Contracting. Scope of work included grading, water, sewer, storm drain, paving, SWPP and 310 Compliance. Project close out involved coordination of as-builts and testing certifications. Met aggressive schedule with minor delay due to design conflicts. We assisted in a gas line conflict with storm drain installation to continue work at the best cost and least schedule impact.
