We were the General Site Contractor for 125 acre multi-use project serving two different developers. The development consisted of commercial and residential property that included a large community park. We provided the grading, water, sewer, electrical, landscaping and paving for the onsite construction and did the offsite improvements on both Higley and Ray Roads.
