The Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center is located at the heart of the Westgate City, walking distance to Jobing.com and University of Phoenix stadium. We performed mass grading for the new hotel. This project required over 100,000 CY of export in order to complete the excavation of the underground parking structure. Due to the hotel's proximity of the arenas the working conditions were extremely tight and required additional attention to scheduling and planning.
