Happy Valley Road TI (Round-About)

This project was the first round-a-bout constructed in the state. It crossed over I-17 on Happy Valley Road. The project was built as a temporary way to move cars coming and going to and from a major corporate park onto the freeway. This project created a lot of controversy on its ease of use. People either really like it or they really don’t.
