Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) for a the 157 acre mixed use business park. Our scope of work included water, sewer, effluent water, storm drain, concrete, paving and landscaping. During the early stages of construction, we were able to value engineer $1,000,000 in savings, while maintaining aggressive schedule. The value engineering items included phasing of work, redesign of road structure, assistance in engineering for resolution of gas line conflicts, and in the proposed/existing road elevation design challenges.
