The Target Distribution facility is a 150 acre site located in West Phoenix. Markham was the site civil general contractor. We self performed the grading, paving and utility operations while subcontracting with industry partners to complete the concrete and signage for onsite and offsite construction.

* State of the art - 1.5 million square ft. facility.
* Planned to employ over 950 people when built.
* Distribution center pad spans over 20% of the site.
