As the Construction Manager at Risk contractor for this master planned golf community, we were able to work closely with the owner to offer value engineer at a large savings. A few items that were engineered and implemented were modifications to the drainage system, floodwalls and erosion protection due to the projects location in the flood channel. We worked closely with the owner, engineer and the county, and provided assistance in the addressing of concerns that arose by all parties.
