Due to our close proximity of this parcel while we were working for City of Surprise widening Bell Road, we were able to help coordinate with the investment company and owner of the parcel to widen and install additional turn lanes at the intersection of Dysart and Grand Avenue. New curb and gutter was installed along with a catch basin, spillways, box culverts and a new traffic signal.
