Speedie & Associates (S&A) has worked with Markham Contracting Co. Inc’s (MCCI) highway division since 2005. Their dedication to Quality Control has produced numerous successful projects for various government agencies.
This process begins with the development of a detailed quality control plan that not only involves S&A personnel but also MCCI. This comprehensive plan is oriented towards the project and any specific requirements that may be involved. The planning process is in supplement to MCCl’s weekly Quality Control and Planning Intent meeting. These meetings allow us to continue our communication to solve any issues that may arise in the near future. In addition, MCCI has developed a thorough communications plan that ensures every problem will be discussed. This plan has allowed S&A and MCCI to evaluate every situation and develop possible solutions with the best interest of the project in mind.
S&A considers MCCI to be a "top tier" highway contractor due to their commitment to Quality Control and we look foward to working in partnership with them on future projects.
