We have selected Markham Contracting to provide Construction Management at Risk for ten significant projects during the over the past twelve years. Their understanding of the preconstruction process and innovation during the design phase has proven successful with savings realized in efficiency, time, management, and project cost.
The entire Markham team has provided added value to our projects throughout the design, engineering, construction, and post-construction phases of the project as a result of collaboration, coordination, and project management. While the team of individuals varies, Micah Aronson, has always played an important role - not only during pre-construction but throughout the project. I can point to numerous projects where his thoroughness and dedication has made significant differences in the final outcome of the project, meeting our scheduling demands, and financial goals.
The entire Markham team collaborates closely with during pre-construction phases to ensure there are no change orders due to known conditions and the project stays on schedule.
