We were the prime contractor for the road widening and improvements on Bullard Avenue between Bell Road and Paradise Lane in Surprise, AZ. This project included the installation of a landscaped median, the extension of a reclaimed waterline, and modification of the traffic signal.

Facts:

• Bullard Avenue is the entrance to Surprise Stadium…the Spring Training Home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals.
